Refund Policy
At Tiny Relics, we want every piece you receive to feel special, carefully made, and worth keeping. If something is not quite right, we’re here to help.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with any original packaging, tags, cards, or accessories included. You’ll also need your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@tinyrelics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions if your request is approved.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue. If your return is due to a change of mind, you may return the item at your own cost, as long as it meets the return conditions above.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items
Gift cards
Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or are missing original packaging
Products returned without prior approval

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order after your return request has been approved. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform to process and post the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged product.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
